ReaperZine is an unofficial fanzine dedicated to the grim reapers of Kuroshitsuji!

All our items are in pre-orders only, and are set to ship in February 2024. We will be updating our social medias as production goals are met. Pre-orders are open from September 1st, 2023 through October 1st, 2023. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Refunds may only be processed during the pre-order period. 

To cancel your order or change your bundle, contact us before pre-orders end by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your order number in the email, as well as the name you placed your order under. 

While we will be packaging your orders with care, any damages that occur in transit are beyond our control. In the event you receive damaged or missing goods, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for replacements or refunds depending on remaining stock. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

All of our orders will be shipped from the United States. International shipping is available.

Buyers will be responsible for any import or custom fees, including VAT, that may occur.

ReaperZine is currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Russia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

If physical orders are placed to any of the above countries, we will be required to refund the order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATES: 

If the need to update your shipping address arises, please email us at [email protected], including your order number along with the name you placed your order under. 

We will be emailing all buyers approximately two weeks before we begin shipping to confirm shipping addresses. 

ReaperZine will not be liable if your package is lost due do not having your updated address, and replacement packages are not guaranteed. Should it be returned to sender, customers will be responsible for the cost to re-send the package.
